Shingles vaccination

Shingles is a common and painful skin disease. It only affects people who have already had chickenpox. It makes people feel very unwell and leads to a rash on one side of the body. This can cause long-term pain for several years that cannot be treated with common painkillers. The risk of long-term pain from shingles increases as you get older.
