We offer a treatment programme to reach your health goals if your BMI is 30 or more. But, your BMI is just a starting point. There are several ways to tell if you have a healthy weight, for example by measuring your waist. In the treatment programme we'll assess your health status in a more nuanced way than just calculating your BMI. The most important thing is that you should feel good about, and in, your body.
