• You can choose to register at a particular healthcare clinic – this is known as registering or att lista sig in Swedish.
• You are always entitled to get healthcare at whichever healthcare clinic you want throughout Sweden, regardless of where you are registered. However, you should in the first instance contact the centre at which you are registered.
• You are not required to be registered anywhere if you so wish.
• It is free of charge to register and you can switch healthcare clinic whenever you like. You cannot be registered at several healthcare clinics simultaneously, however.
• You are deregistered from your current healthcare clinic when you choose to register with us. If you are in a queue to be registered at another healthcare clinic, you will lose that place in the queue.

No. You do not have to be registered if you don’t want to be. However, there are many benefits to being registered at a healthcare clinic:

• The healthcare clinic at which you are registered takes comprehensive responsibility for your care.
• You know where to go when you need care.
• It can be reassuring to have the option of meeting the same doctor or psychologist every time.
• You can select a healthcare clinic that suits your needs.
• You can select a healthcare clinic near your home or work.
• You can select a healthcare clinic that has staff who speak your language.

• Help is always close by if you register with us. You can talk to a nurse, doctor or psychologist in the app within the hour, although the waiting time is often only a few minutes.
• You are welcome to visit all of our healthcare clinics and can get an appointment quickly when you need one.
• Several of our healthcare clinics are open in the evening and at weekends. We can also help you around the clock in our app.
• You can get advice over the phone from our nurses between 08:00 and 17:00. They can also book an appointment for you at one of our healthcare clinics where necessary.
• You and your entire family can visit the same doctor if you so wish.
• We can help you with referrals, prescriptions and home delivery of medicine. In our app you can see when your doctor is available, view your previous visit history, get a repeat prescription and book a follow-up appointment.

Yes, of course. You can get help in our app even if you are not registered with us.

If you have symptoms that require a physical examination, we will help you to book a time at the healthcare clinic. You can book a time by calling the health centre.
