Swedish health care is run by Sweden's regions. There are 21 regions across the country. Each region can basically decide for itself what patient charges apply.

Why does healthcare cost differently in different regions?

You can pay your invoice from Billogram through a direct transfer from your bank or as a regular invoice with OCR number.

How do I pay my Billogram invoice?

Yes, your free card is valid for both digital appointments and visits to our clinics.

__Free cards can be digital or physical__  
Most regions* have digital free cards as apart of the e-free card (e-frikort) service. Other regions use physical cards.  

__Digital cards are added automatically__  
If you have a digital free card, you do not need to do anything. Your free card will be automatically added in the app. 

__Here’s what to do if you have a physical card__  
If you have a physical free card, you can manually add it in the app or when you log in to our website.

You can also add your previous appointments with Kry to your free card. To do this, you need to go to a clinic or hospital. The reception staff can help you to add previous visits.

- you currently have a free card
- you live in a region that uses digital free cards.

Anyone can see their free card details on 1177.se by clicking on “Övriga tjänster” (in Swedish). You can also contact a clinic, hospital or patient services office (patientkontor) in your region and ask for your details.  

*At present, free cards are __not__ valid in the Västerbotten, Skåne, Gävleborg, Blekinke or Örebro regions.

Yes, you can claim a refund if you’ve paid too much. Call our support team on [08-22 77 07](tel:08-227707) and they will be able to help you.
