When you get listed at one of our health centres, you can easily renew your prescriptions in the app, 24/7, all year round.
If you’re not registered, you can still get prescriptions when needed through a doctor’s assessment via video consultation or at one of our health centers.
How to renew a prescription with Kry
Start booking
When you are registered with Kry you can renew prescriptions directly in the app. If you’re not a member, you need to book a video consultation or visit your health center.
Check your inbox
We’ll let you know when your renewal is approved in the app. For some medications, you may need a video appointment or a visit to the clinic.
Get your prescription
Once your prescription renewal has been approved, it is often ready to be collected within an hour. You can pick it up at any pharmacy.

Current medication list
Your medication must be prescribed within the last 15 months and be on the national medicine list.Your consent

A Kry doctor will check that renewing the medication is the best decision for your health. They’ll also check how much you should take and when you should stop.
