Helsa and KRY are becoming one – to create a smoother healthcare experience for you as a patient. We believe that great healthcare should be available whenever you need it, no matter where you are and what time of day it is. As a joint healthcare provider we can combine our knowledge in both physical and digital care. This way we can provide you with care that's tailored for your needs – whenever you need it.
Nothing right now. Helsa will join KRY in August 2020, and in the future this will mean more healthcare availability for you.
You will remain registered at the same physical health centre. All health centres and the staff who work there will stay the same. All patient fees will stay the same too.
In the future we'll offer you a smoother healthcare experience that's more customised to you.
You will still be able to book appointments over the phone. But you will also be able to get help with many symptoms and conditions through the KRY app if you want to. The app is open 24/7, every day of the year.
We will also be able to quickly offer you an appointment at the health centre, and refer you to see a specialist if needed.
We will notify you when you can start using all of our services. Until then, everything will work exactly as you are used to.
At first, it will not mean anything. The only noticable change will be that you can see your Helsa health centre in your profile in the KRY app.
In the future you will notice improvements including an easier way of booking appointments, and that you will get appointments at ythe health centre faster than before. We will also be in contact after your appointments to check that you're feeling better. If you are not better, you will be able to book a follow-up appointment with the same person.
