Prices and payment
Our patient fees are determined by the regional authorities and may vary depending on where and how you seek care. Here you can read more about prices, patient fees, and payment in our app and at our clinics.
Digital visits usually take place at our clinic in the Sörmland region.
When you seek care in the Kry app, it usually takes place as a visit to our digital clinic located in the Sörmland region. This means that the fee you pay is determined by Region Sörmland.
If you live in a region where we have physical healthcare centers, the patient fee for a digital appointment may vary. You can always see the patient fee you’ll need to pay before completing a booking in the app. Read more about patient fees in Region Sörmland here (in Swedish).
Fees for late cancellations and missed appointments are also determined by the region where you seek care. These fees are usually slightly higher than the regular patient fee.

Prices for medical appointments may vary
Several factors affect what you will pay for your medical appointment:
Registration and your region: The fee for a medical visit can vary depending on whether you are registered at one of our healthcare centers and which region you live in. Patient fees are decided by the region.
Type of visit: The price may differ depending on whether your visit is digital or in-person. There can also be differences between a video appointment booked in our app and one booked through one of our healthcare centers.
Late cancellation or missed appointment: A fee may be charged if you cancel late or do not show up for your scheduled visit. This is also governed by the region’s rules. The fee may vary depending on how you booked the visit and whether it is an in-person or digital appointment.
We always follow the fees and guidelines that apply in the region where the care is provided. If you have questions about what applies to you, you are warmly welcome to call our support at 08-22 77 07.
The exemption card (Frikort) is always valid with us.
The exemption card (Frikort) is valid for both video consultations and visits to our healthcare centers. In the Västerbotten, Skåne, Gävleborg, Blekinge, and Örebro regions, you need to add your Frikort manually in the app before booking your appointment.
