If you're feeling low or finding it hard to manage everyday life then we can help. Our skilled team of licensed psychologists offer various methods to treat a range of issues linked to poor mental wellbeing.
With us you can get the help you need without having to wait for months for an appointment. We offer psychological evaluations, advice and treatment along with continuous reviews and follow-up appointments with the same psychologist – as often as you want and need.
One of the methods we use is known as iCBT. iCBT stands for Internet-based cognitive behavioural therpahy and works by changing behaviours, thinking patterns and feelings to help you feel better and achieve your goals in life. iCBT is exactly like normal CBT, except the treatment takes place online. Research has shown that this helps just as much as meeting a pyschologist at a medical centre.
We have produced various treatment programmes for those experiencing anxiety, stress and depression/low mood. You decide yourself when and where you want to carry out your exercises. During the course of the programme you will have regular contact with your psychologist via video call and chats in our app.
1. Start by booking a meeting with a psychologist in the app. You'll answer some questions about your mental health.
2. The psychologist then assesses whether iCBT is appropriate for you and which treatment programme would be most suitable.
3. You'll get access to various exercises and have a continuous dialogue with your psychologist throughout the programme. You'll do the exercises at your own pace, but it takes around 8 to 10 weeks.
4. You pay a patient fee determined by the region in which you are resident. The free card (frikort) can be used.
