If you’d like to visit us, you can book an appointment at the health centre directly through the Kry app, when you are registered with a Kry health centre. New appointment slots are released Monday to Friday at 7:00 AM. Here, we can help you with most types of health concerns that don’t require seeing your regular doctor.
If no appointments are available in the app, or if you need to see your regular doctor,for example, for a follow-up or annual check-up, please call the health centre to book a time.
Allergy vaccination
When standard allergy medications are not enough, allergy vaccination can be an alternative. At our healthcare center, we offer AIT (allergen immunotherapy) for those suffering from severe allergies to birch pollen, timothy grass, or dust mites. The treatment consists of tablets, and follow-up is conveniently conducted through video consultations.

Our team includes specialist nurses who are experts in asthma and COPD. If you experience breathing difficulties, asthma, or COPD, we’re here to help. For example, we can:
- check your airways and lung capacity
- treat breathing problems
- prescribe medication to relieve your symptoms
- offer guidance and information

We can help if you suspect you have an earwax blockage. You’ll first meet with a nurse who will assess your symptoms and determine whether you need an ear irrigation.
To prepare, use earwax-softening drops for at least 3 days before your appointment. These drops are available over the counter at any pharmacy.

We can help you whether you are already being treated for high blood pressure or if you want to measure your blood pressure as a preventive measure.
Before the measurement, it’s important to avoid things that can raise your blood pressure. Here are some examples:
- Do not drink coffee or tea less than half an hour before the measurement.
- Do not use snuff or smoke less than half an hour before the measurement.
- Avoid heavy physical activity.

Physiotherapists work with treating pain and injuries in muscles and joints. We offer physiotherapeutic assessment, advice, and treatment for both children and adults. Our licensed physiotherapists can help you with rehabilitation, exercise, and tailored physical activity for your whole body.

Measuring hemoglobin is also called measuring Hb or blood value. It is done through a blood test. The test can show if you have anemia.

Our rehabilitation coordinator can assist you if you are on sick leave during the rehabilitation process. The rehab coordinator can help you with:
- mapping out your situation
- creating a rehabilitation plan
- supporting you in communication with healthcare and the Swedish Social Insurance Agency (Försäkringskassan).
If you are granted sick leave through us at Kry, you have the opportunity to receive help from a rehabilitation coordinator.
We can help you remove stitches after surgical procedures.

We can help you if ordinary bandages are not enough or if the wound is deep and not healing. It’s important to visit us if you notice redness, swelling, increased warmth, or pain around the wound.

The mall is located in the centre of Stockholm city and the main entrance is at Hamngatan 37. You can also reach us easily via our other entrances.
The nearest metro station is T-centralen. It is 250 metres, or a 4-minute walk, from the main entrance.
