To prepare, use earwax-softening drops for at least 3 days before your appointment. These drops are available over the counter at any pharmacy.

Before the measurement, it’s important to avoid things that can raise your blood pressure. Here are some examples:

• Do not drink coffee or tea less than half an hour before the measurement.

• Avoid heavy physical activity.

Our rehabilitation coordinator can assist you if you are on sick leave during the rehabilitation process. The rehab coordinator can help you with:
